[BUG FIX] Project Upgrade Fixes

The port to Godot 4.0 brought some more bugs along than expected, which I wasn't able to fix before pushing the new version of the game to patch the memory leak. This update fixes what I've found so far, like enemy and item animations, and reformatting UI elements to work with 4.0. Also added some settings for the run in the settings menu at the main menu, but be aware, they can be used to make the game more difficult!
